In November we had the pleasure of hosting Dr Magdalena Bak-Maier for a transformative two-day workshop with MOBILIsE project postdoc researchers, at i3S (12-13 Nov ’25).
The workshop focused on crafting a compelling “narrative CV” and “shaping research ideas” for future funding applications. Beyond technical skills, this experience provided a valuable opportunity for reflection, helping researchers identify their strengths and areas needing further focus, leaving them better equipped for success in the competitive research landscape!
We thank Dr Bak-Maier for this impactful session, and all participants for their enthusiasm and engagement!
