On December 17th, the MOBILIsE ERA-Chair Holder, Helena Azevedo, and the Project Manager, Mariana Simões, participated in the 4th edition of the ‘Research Project Management’ course, organised by the Career Development Unit at i3S, and which received the support of the MOBILIsE project.
Together with colleagues from Preventable, a project funded by the European Union and coordinated by i3S, they explored the dynamic relationship between the Group Leader/Project Coordinator and the Project Manager, shared insights on these roles, and exchanged experiences tackling unique research project challenges.
