PhD students from the Zhejiang University, China, visit the i3S
On the 22nd of July, a group of 5 PhD students from the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, China) visited the i3S, hosted by our project coordinator, Cristina Martins.
It was a great opportunity to learn more about their research, introduce them to our facilities through a tour of our institute, and showcase the work developed by the MOBILIsE groups. During the visit, our researcher Carlos Redondo-Gómez presented the research carried out within the Molecular Biomaterials Lab, led by our ERA Chair Holder, Helena Azevedo, fostering valuable scientific exchange and discussion.
International visits like this play an important role in advancing one of MOBILIsE project’s key objectives: promoting internationalisation and building a strong global network of research collaborations.
